Keypunching Your Paper Documents

Scanning and keypunching of your card files by Custom Data Systems Inc. is only 50 cents per document. 

All your documents stay at your site.

All keypunching is done by staff in Spokane Washington.

Data and scanned tif files are accessed by your Sterling software

The process is based on a custom Sterling screen designed to match your records for easy keypunching of data.  Additional fees are charged for this custom program, data verification, and data merging, based on the complexity of your records.  

Keep all your paper records on site, and all scanned records in the United States to protect the identity of your families.

Procedure:

1.      Have your records scanned into a tif file format per record at your site.  

2.      Load the tif files into the Sterling database.

3.      Sterling software loads the cards for the Keypuncher to enter the data.

4.      Data Verification is done to test for consistency and errors.

5.      Data is merged into your Sterling database after integrity tests are done.
