•     Microsoft SQL Server  2000, 2005, 2008 ® Microsoft MSDE 2000A ® or Microsoft 2005, 2008 Express ®

•     DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW burner or tape backup on the Server for database backups

•     Microsoft ® Office professional 2003, 2008 or 2010

 •    Remote Desktop or VNC capability
