Live Link Cemetery Mapping

AutoCAD Drawings:  The Sterling Cemetery Mapping system links AutoCAD drawings directly to your Sterling Cemetery inventory.  Custom Data Systems Inc. employs an AutoCAD specialist to make adjustments to your AutoCAD drawings, or to draw new sections when needed. 

Complete Integration with the Sterling Database:  The Sterling mapping system uses your current database information for your owners and burials and links that information with a relational database link to your map object for each grave space.  This completely eliminates duplication of entry, and keeps all of your data live. 

Live-Link to your Service and burial information:  In a multiple user system, one person can be updating services and burials, while another person is using the map to query available spaces for sale and printing the live map for families, without concern whether the data is correct or up to date. 

Printing Maps:  Map printing can be done as many times as needed.

View map from Persons account Load the map for all of the spaces that person owns, or for the space that is occupied or reserved for the person. All of the spaces owned will be highlighted when the map is loaded.	View Map from Query Screen Burial inquiry screen allows you to easily search through the database for burials. • Search by Owners name or Occupant name • Select a specific Cemetery, Mausoleum or Garden Section for list • Narrow the list for a specific date of birth, death or burial • Open the selected persons file for further review	Zoom The Sterling mapping system allows you to zoom in and out and to print whatever view you have on the screen. Double click any grave on the map to load the owner or occupant for that grave or to see whether the space is available for sale.	Show Map Details Viewing details of the Cemetery through the map                                 Double click the graves to load the details for that grave into the list at the top portion of the screen.   The map is color coded to show: •  Available for Sale •  Sold •  On-Hold •  Not for sale
