Jerry
Knowles
is one of the founders of Custom Data Systems Inc. and was a key part in
the development of Sterling Enterprise Management. Jerry is considered
an expert in networking, Security Systems, and voice over IP phone
systems. He
has extensive experience with numerous Networking environments and
operating systems including Unix, Dos, Novell and Windows
networks. Jerry's area of expertise also extends to programming with
extensive experience in Cobol, C++, Delphi, and ASP.
Angela Knowles is the holder of a Masters in Business Administration and worked for IBM before breaking into the field of cemetery software. Angela enjoys working with cemeteries and mortuaries and has often said, "Cemetery and Mortuary Accounting and records management is so much more complicated and interesting than Manufacturing or retail." Angela also programs in Delphi, C++ and HTML. Angela is an expert in data conversions to Microsoft SQL database, mapping, software support, accounting consulting, custom modifications, and writing reports. Angela continues to take accounting classes to stay current with accounting and auditing issues.
